Mopars at the Beach - Vendor Application

Where:  Christ United Methodist Church  2901 Fantasy Way, Myrtle Beach SC  29579
.When:  Saturday, June 24, 1017
Fee:  $100 donation for our charity event Our club is a 501(c)(3) Your donation is tax deductible. A receipt will be provided for your taxes. This donation includes your vendor permit required by Horry County. Mopars at the Beach will obtain all required permits for the event.
Set Up:  You may set up between 7:00 and 9:00 am and your vehicle must be moved out of the car show area by 9:00 am.
Deadline:  All applications must be submitted, with donation payment check made out to Coastal Carolina Mopars by May 31, 2017. We do request that you do this as soon as possible as we are accepting only one vendor per type of item being sold.
Vendor Space:  This is a rain or shine event. You must provide your own tent which may not be anchored to the asphalt. Please make sure that it is secured and weighted so as to sustain any type of weather. You must also supply your own fire extinguisher. There is no electricity and WiFi is not available. Restroom  port-a-johns will be provided in various locations around the car show.
Requirements:  You will be responsible to remain open during the entire car show between 9am and 3pm. You are responsible for set up, maintaining and removing your own booth and trash.
